Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
It is our aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving an order. There are times however, when events beyond our control delay dispatch times. Please be assured that on these occassions you will be contacted immediately.

Postage Options
All prints will be delivered using Royal Mail's 'First Class Signed For service'.
(Please note, the advertised delivery times for this service on the Royal Mail website are 1 to 3 days and as such, a delivery will not be confirmed as 'late' until 4 days after posting.) 
There are currently no other postage options, however if an item is required urgently please contact us to discuss a 'Special Delivery' upgrade. 
Items will require a signature upon delivery. Any missed deliveries will be taken to your nearest sorting office to await collection.


Damaged Items
Strict checking procedures are in force prior to and during packaging to ensure all products, before they leave Hopping Frog Art, are in perfect condition. Hopping Frog Art ensures every shipment is packaged correctly to protect the contents from damage in transit. 
In the unlikely event an item arrives in a damaged condition, the buyer must sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’. If upon checking the contents they are found to be damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return/replacement.
Photographs would help us at this stage with any subsequent compensation claims.

Lost in Transit
The Royal Mail will not consider items as 'lost' until 10 days after the delivery due date. At which point Hopping Frog Art will contact the Royal Mail and begin a compensation claim.
Once a compensation claim is successful Hopping Frog Art will either offer the customer a full refund or a replacement item
